Q2. How can I download my ledger statement?
You can download it directly from your trading app or back office portal. Go to Reports → Ledger → Select Date Range → Download PDF/Excel.
Q3. What information does the ledger include?
Your ledger shows all fund movements — deposits, withdrawals, trading settlements, and adjustments for charges or refunds.
Q4. Can I request a custom ledger statement?
Yes. You can raise a request via support@stoxkart.com with your preferred date range.
Trader's Diary
Q1. What is the Trader's Diary feature?
Trader's Diary helps you track and review your daily trades, analyze profits and losses, and identify trading patterns for better decision-making.
Q2. Can I filter trades in the Trader's Diary?
Yes, you can filter by date, segment (Equity/F&O/Currency), or scrip name to review specific trades.
Q3. How often is my trading data updated?
The data is updated in real time after each trade is executed.
Settlement Holiday
Q1. What is a Settlement Holiday?
A Settlement Holiday is a day when clearing and settlement operations are closed by exchanges, even though trading may continue.
Q2. How does a Settlement Holiday affect my trades?
Funds and securities settlement will be delayed by one working day. For example, trades done on a holiday won't reflect in your ledger until the next settlement day.
Q3. Where can I check upcoming Settlement Holidays?
You can view them on the NSE/BSE official holiday calendar or in the Stoxkart app → Notifications/Market Info section.
My P&L
Q1. What is the "My P&L" report?
This report shows your realized and unrealized profits/losses across segments — Equity, F&O, and Currency — for the selected period.
Q2. How can I view segment-wise or scrip-wise P&L?
Use the filters within the report to sort by segment, scrip, or date range.
Q3. Is the P&L updated live?
Yes, realized P&L updates once a trade is closed, while unrealized P&L shows live open position gains/losses.
Q4. Can I export my P&L report?
Yes, you can export it as a PDF or Excel file directly from the app or web platform.
My Ledger
Q1. What is the difference between "My Ledger" and "Statements"?
"My Ledger" provides a summarized view of fund movement (credits/debits), while "Statements" include detailed trade and charge breakdowns.
Q2. Why is my available balance different from ledger balance?
This may happen due to pending settlements, margin blocks, or unsettled trades.
Q3. Can I check my ledger for specific dates?
Yes. Select a custom date range from the Ledger section to view historical data.
Journal Ledger and Trade Info
Q1. What is the Journal Ledger?
It's a detailed report that shows journal entries for all your trades — including adjustments, charges, and settlements processed internally.
Q2. What is included in Trade Info?
Trade Info lists order details, trade time, price, quantity, exchange, and trade ID for every executed order.
Q3. Can I reconcile trades from Journal Ledger and Trade Info?
Yes. Use both reports together to verify that all trades are correctly reflected in your ledger and P&L.

Q1. What is the Journal P&L Report?
This report helps you analyze realized and unrealized profits/losses across all instruments, with exact journal entries for every trade.
Q2. What are Tax Reports used for?
They help you prepare for ITR filing, showing realized gains/losses, turnover, and tax summary as per regulatory norms.
Q3. Can I share my Tax Report with my CA?
Absolutely. You can download the report in Excel or PDF format and share it with your Chartered Accountant for filing.

Reports are refreshed daily after market close with updated settlement and charge information.
